Order new domain

The domain ordering process consists of three steps.

Step 1 of 3

In this step you need to choose a free domain name.
If the name is already taken, you will see a notification as shown in the screenshot.

Step 2 of 3

Indicate the person that the domain shall be registered for. If you already registered domains through us, you can select a saved person from the list. All fields are mandatory.

Checking the field Private Person the indicated name will not be depicted during checks through the public WHOIS database.

If you have already registered domains through us, you can select data by indicating the necessary person. If you are sure you won't need this information for domain registration again, you can delete the person by clicking on "Delete". During registration the person is saved automatically.

Step 3 of 3

In the third step you can check the validity of the indicated data as well as indicate if a separate website shall be created for this domain:

When ordering a new domain, you can:

Create a new website for the domain.
In this case a website implies a directory on the drive. For instance: if we order the domain mydomain.com and choose to Create a new website, the directory ~/mydomain.com/public_html will be created on the drive.
Link the domain to an existing page..
In this case you will need to select a page (directory), that the subdomain shall be linked to, from a list of already existing pages.
Not link the domain.
In this case the domain will be created, but won't be linked to any website (directory).

Also you can activate the automatic prolongation for the domain on this page. After selecting the necessary points, press the button "Register domain".

Add domain

To move the domain to our server you need to move it in this section, then to indicate our NS-servers where you registered the domain:

Also you can transfer your domain to our administration. Contact our technical support team to learn more about the process.

To add the domain, please enter the domain name in Add existing domain and indicate which website it shall be linked to or not.

When adding the domain, you can:

Domain management

Here you can manage domains on your account. In our system the number of domains and subdomains is not limited on either tariff.

For your convenience you will find a table with all domains on your account.

For each domain you will find the date when it was added to the system. For domains that were registered through us, you will also find an expiration date.

Available options for all domains:

- remove domain from Control Panel;
- order/install SSL-certifiacte. (Contact our technical support team to learn more about the process. )

Available options for domains on our management:

- renew domain;
- Turn on/off automatic renewal.

In case you have bonus domains on your account, the automatic prolongation will be performed at their cost. If you don't have any bonus domains on your account at the moment of the automatic prolongation, the domain will not be prolonged. A notification message will be sent to your administration e-mail. Another attempt will be performed 24 hours later.
