Beget LLC shall provide services based on the Public Offer, with no written contract required.
Acceptance of the Offer – registration on the website and obtaining access rights to the Contractor's own resources, including the Control Panel at https://cp.beget.com, or to individual services and/or payment for ordered services by prepayment in the order determined by the Public Offer Agreement.
Acceptance of the Public Offer is also possible:
- in case of transfer of the domain name or other services on the Customer's initiative to Beget LLC from another Registrar. Acceptance of the Offer in this case will be a click on the transfer confirmation link to the administrative email of the domain name administrator (before the transfer confirmation, the domain administrator is notified that by clicking the transfer confirmation button, he accepts the terms of the offer);
- in case of transfer to the Customer from another person of the right to administer the domain name.
Acceptance of the Offer in this case will be a click on the link sent in the email to the administrative email of the new administrator, which confirms the desire of the new domain administrator to be the domain administrator (and before clicking on the link, the domain administrator is notified that by clicking on the link he accepts the terms of the Offer).
Acceptance of the Offer expresses consent to all provisions of the Offer and its Appendices.
